Do I need an account to browse IsleList?No. Browsing, search, seller pages, and public listing pages stay open.

Which islands are supported at launch?IsleList currently supports eight island communities.

Does IsleList work like a local noticeboard or marketplace?It is offer-first and local, with optional PayPal payments on eligible paid listings.

Why do I need to verify my email?Verification unlocks live selling and buyer actions.

How do I reset my password?Use the homepage sign-in panel and choose Forgot password.

What is the difference between Manage Account and Manage Profile?Manage Account is for settings and activity. Manage Profile is what other people see.

How do I edit my Business storefront?Manage Profile is where Business sellers update public storefront details.

What can I find in Manage Account?Saved listings, offers, orders, notifications, and plan settings all live there.

How does account deletion work?Request it in Manage Account and IsleList will close things out safely.

How do listing drafts work?Draft first, then add images, review, and publish when ready.

How many images can I attach to a listing?Personal and free Business sellers get 6 images. Pro and Business+ sellers get 20 plus 1 video.

What is the primary image used for?It powers cards, detail views, and share previews.

Can IsleList import an existing listing URL?Yes. IsleList can prefill drafts from supported public listing pages.

Can I save listings for later?Yes. Use the heart on a listing card or the listing page.

What happens to old listing images?Only non-active listing media older than 90 days is eligible for cleanup.

How do offers work on IsleList?Each offer starts a listing-specific thread between buyer and seller.

What happens when a seller accepts an offer?The accepted offer moves the listing into offer accepted.

What is the difference between offer accepted and sold?Offer accepted means agreed in principle. Sold means the handover is complete.

How do accepted-offer payments work?Some accepted offers are arranged directly with the seller, and some can be paid through PayPal.

When can feedback be left?Feedback is reserved for completed accepted-offer sales, with one seller-only exception for cancelled accepted offers.

Can a seller mark an item sold without an accepted IsleList offer?Yes, but that sale does not open feedback inside IsleList.

What do Personal, Business, Pro, and Business+ include?Personal and Business are free. Pro is GBP 9.99/month and Business+ is GBP 29.99/month.

How do online payments work?Buy Now and accepted-offer online payments use PayPal to the seller email on file.

How do notifications and email settings work?Your activity feed stays visible even if you switch off some emails.

How do I report spam or a suspicious listing?Use the listing report button or contact support if you need extra help.

How do I contact support?Use the support form for account, billing, order, moderation, or safety issues.
